Oversaw threefold increase in sales while company gained ISO certification. Currently selling interest in business.

Family Systems Therapist in private practice. Successfully carried on practice serving individuals, couples, and families. Worked with many issues including; strong focus on etoh and drug issues, co-occuring disorders, depression, relationships, work and career, anxiety and phobias, sexual identity, PTSD and others. Supervise other therapists. Co-facilitated group for gay men. Took supervision from Stephen Gilligan, Ph.D. for several years. Always maintain local supervision.

1990-1994
Family and Children’s Service, Inc
.  Therapist in Family and Children’s Employee Assistance Program. Began as Intern while obtaining MSW. Hired upon graduation as full-time clinician. Served all populations and issues in University town. Had great supervision from Director of Program. Trained supervisors at local companies, schools, and University in the use of EAPs and how to identify and refer problem employees. Studied the work of Milton Erickson, Jay Haley, Bill O’Hanlon, and others who focused on short-term interventions. Trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and became Certified as same.
